What the numbers show

Referrals outperform cold applications.

Different datasets point the same way: referrals are rarer, but they move faster and convert better once a real candidate is in motion.

A referred candidate is 11.7x more likely to get hired.

Using Jobvite’s benchmark, referrals generated 12.56% of hires from 2.78% of applications, while job boards generated 19.75% of hires from 51.2% of applications. On a per-applicant basis, that works out to about an 11.7x hiring advantage for referred candidates over job-board applicants.

The warm path gets you hired faster.

LinkedIn’s recruiting guide, citing Jobvite research, shows referred candidates moving through the process faster than people applying through job posts or career sites.

Referrals get hired almost 2x faster. Start now and you could have a new job by June 26, instead of waiting until July 22.

A referral workflow built for real jobs, real people, and real follow-through.

01. Discovery

Find companies where someone can help

Browse companies with active insiders instead of guessing who to ask. See where community access already exists.

02. Engagement

Send a focused request

Choose a specific opening and send your resume and profile so the referrer knows exactly what role you want.

03. Privacy

Keep privacy and momentum intact

Referrers can stay private, seekers can see status updates, and neither side is left wondering whether anything actually happened.

Request flow

How a referral request moves from ask to answer.

01

Ask for help on a specific job

Pick the job you want, then send a focused request so the insider knows exactly where to help.

02

Route it to the right insider

Parnasa Match sends the request to an active referrer at that company while respecting weekly referral caps.

03

Move on automatically if the first match cannot help

If the first referrer is unavailable or not the right fit, the request can move to another eligible insider at that company instead of dying in someone’s inbox.

04

The referrer handles the request

The referrer decides what happens next: submit the referral, pass respectfully, or ask for an intro conversation first to validate fit, all without giving up privacy.

05

Know where things stand

Both sides can add context, confirm actions, and move the request forward without guessing where it stands.
